You may be able to reserve a car park space at the hotel before your workshop (there are limited spaces available for all hotel guests). The cost is $5 per day to park from 8am-5pm. If you have secured a car park at the hotel you will need to come into reception to get an access card for the day.
Alternatively if you arrive early enough you may be able to park on the side roads around the hotel or park in the public parking spaces in Queenstown.
