Workshop Content:
This one day workshop will form a measure of current competency for you and/or your team. From 1 November 2024 it will no longer be compulsory to attend a “refresher” workshop. You as a company will need to decide how often you need to refresh your team’s TTM qualifications, and what type of training this entails. Elite Safety will continue to provide the STMS Refresher workshop as a way for people to maintain competency in general knowledge of the STMS role. This includes:
- Any TTM Industry updates that are vital to what you do in your business
- How to apply a risk based approach to TTM
- For STMS Refreshers – if you haven’t before, you will be given the opportunity to complete Unit Standard 31962, and for those that do this we can also issue you with Unit Standard 31961 and Unit Standard 31959. From there if you would like to gain the STMS practicing qualification 31963 please see further information on the STMS Practicing Qualification Page.
